How do People get new gear in Warhammer Online?
If it’s mostly PvP based (which, by the way, kicks ass!) how do I receive new items, since most of the things I’ll be killing won’t be NPC’s. Will an “honor” style system be implemented, like in WOW? I really hate questing, so I hope that’s not the only way to get geared.
Well you get experience to level, which you get in PVE and RVR, and you get renown experience which is through RVR, battlefield objectives (like taking over the other side’s keep), and some other ways. When you’re renown rank goes up, new items that renown vendors have will be purchasable for fairly cheap. Also you are able to loot players that you kill in RVR. The most common way for people to get armor and weapon upgrades is through PQ’s (public quest) which are really fun with a bunch a people.
